Capability Care Programs
School Holiday Program (Ages 5–17)
Our inclusive School Holiday Program offers children and young people with disabilities the opportunity to learn, play, and connect in a supportive environment.
Activities include creative arts, sensory play, sports, music, cooking, and community excursions.

After School Care (Ages 6–17)
A structured and supportive environment designed to help participants develop life skills, confidence, and friendships after school.
Program Highlights:
- Art, music, and sensory activities
- Social skills and positive communication
- Homework support
- Personal care and supervision
- Access to a Sensory Room, Movie Room, and Arts & Crafts Room
Operating Monday to Friday (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM). Weekend bookings available.
Transport available from school or aftercare to home.

Adult Day Program (Ages 18+)
Empowering adults with disabilities to grow, connect, and learn in a supportive, inclusive space.
Participants engage in activities that build independence, social connection, and practical life skills, such as:
- Cooking and home management
- Road safety and travel training
- Arts, crafts, and social groups
Support options available: 1:1, 1:2, or small group sessions.
