Capability Care – Over Two Years of Making School Holidays Special
Capability Care has been proudly running its School Holiday Program for over two years, creating unforgettable experiences for children and young people aged 5 to 17. We believe every child deserves a fun, safe, and inclusive environment to grow, connect, and enjoy their break from school.
During this time, we’ve supported numerous families by offering a completely funded program—Capability Care covers the cost of all activities, removing financial barriers and ensuring equal access for all participants.
To make things even easier for families, we provide reliable door-to-door transport, picking up participants from their homes and returning them safely at the end of each day. This convenience allows parents and caregivers peace of mind knowing their child is in good hands from start to finish.
At the heart of our program are our dedicated and experienced support workers. Each member of our team is passionate, well-trained, and committed to creating a warm, engaging, and supportive atmosphere for every participant. They build real connections with the children and provide tailored support that meets individual needs.
From exciting day trips and creative arts to group games and life-skill activities, every part of our program is designed to be fun, meaningful, and inclusive. Whether your child is looking to make new friends, try new things, or just have a blast during the holidays—we’re here to make it happen.
