CAPABILITY CARE DAY PROGRAM
Finding it difficult to participate in social activities and stay connected to friends? Do you want to get out and about make new friends, enjoy meals/activities and social activities together?
At Capability Care Centre where programs and activities are specifically designed for people with disability to learn practical life skills while building on confidence and social skills in an encouraging, supportive environment.
Capability Care also offers going on day trips to local events, swimming pools, parks, museums and much more.
Under your NDIS plan you have the flexibility to participate in a wide variety of activities and enjoy every activity Capability Care can offer.
Capability Care Day programs, led by qualified and experienced support workers, is designed to explore a variety of Step-up skills while providing a multi-faceted experience.

Our Program Location
Our Day Program is located in 1695 Sydney Road Campbellfield 3064.
The program will run 5 days a week from 9:00am to 3:00,
